DELIVERIES WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
Deliveries are freight free for orders over $100 within New Zealand. For orders under $100 a flat fee of $5 will be charged at the checkout.
For larger parcels we generally use Fastway Couriers unless otherwise advised via email prior to dispatching your order. Fastway only dispatches from National Park on a Tuesday and Thursday. Delivery can take between 2 to 4 days between Islands so you should allow 5 working days from the placement of your order.
Snowzone is not accepting international sales at this stage.
100% Right of Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days upon receipt, please follow these procedures to ensure a prompt refund, replacement or credit.
NOTE: No refunds will be made on Skis or Snowboards
Call 0800SNOWZONE for a return authorization number (RA). The R.A number is to be filled in on the return form and written on the package with a return address.
Using a good carton, return the goods and return form via “Insured Courier Post Mail or other “Courier” of your choice.

Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a credit, refund or replacement.
NOTE: We reserve the right to add a 15% re-stocking fee to packages arriving without a valid (RA).
ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories.
Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner.
Packages must be returned prepaid. NO CODs will be accepted.
Refunds will only be made via the method in which the order was paid.
We strongly suggest sending returns insured for the full value and with a tracking number to insure a full and prompt refund.
If merchandise is damaged due to improper packing or packaging, refund or exchange will be at Snowzone’s discretion.

Warranties
- All our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
- The warranty commences the day of purchase.
- Generally, warranties cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process.
- The time period of this warranty is specified on the products information or packaging.
- It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace any defective merchandise.
- Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents and racing is not covered under any warranty.
- Labour and shipping are not covered under any Warranty.
- Please keep your receipts for warranty purposes.
- Warranties will not be honoured without proof of purchase.
