How To Collect your Rental Gear!

1. Collect In-store the afternoon before your hike:
   Pick the gear up in afternoon, the day before your hike.
   Gear can be picked up anytime after 3pm at no extra cost.
   Our Shop is Open afternoons between 3pm to 7pm
2. Collect from Lock-Box (afterhours):
   Have the gear left for you in our lock-box at the front of the shop.
   We will place your booking in the lock-box after we close the day before your hike.
   You can collect it later in the evening, or anytime in the morning of your hike.
3. Delivered to Accomodation:
   Have the gear delivered to your Hotel Reception, after 7pm the day before your hike.
   Delivery cost is $10.00 per booking.
   Delivery is Only available if you are staying at one of the accomodations below.

Returning Gear

All gear must be returned directly to our shop by 6pm on the last day of your rental, unless other arrangements have been made beforehand.

Refunds / Cancellations

You may cancel a rental booking anytime up to 2 Days before your pickup time for a full refund less 5% or $5 whichever is higher

Cancellation within 2 Days of your hike and before collection of gear will incur a surcharge of 20% or $10 whichever is higher. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

No shows, failure to cancel or collect the equipment on the booked rental day will not be refunded.
