Deliveries are freight free for Non-Sale Items * on orders over $150 within New Zealand. For orders under $150 a flat fee of $15 will be charged at the checkout.
We use Aramex and NZ Post Couriers unless otherwise advised via email prior to dispatching your order.
As we are dispatching from a rural location, allow an extra two days than normal courier timings. Delivery can take between 4 to 6 days between Islands so you should allow 6-7 working days from the placement of your order.
*Due to the increases in shipping costs within NZ, some sale products may incur shipping charges, if a charge is applicable it will be displayed clearly on the product information
THE ALPINE CENTRE is not accepting international sales via this website, for international sales email us and we can work out a shipping cost.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days upon receipt, please follow these procedures to ensure a prompt refund, replacement, or credit.
NOTE: No refunds will be made on Skis or Snowboards
Call The Alpine Centre (07 8922 717) for a return authorization number (RA). The R.A number is to be filled in on the return form and written on the package with a return address.
Using a good carton, return the goods and return form via “Insured Courier Post Mail or other “Courier” of your choice.

Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a credit, refund or replacement.
Note:
We strongly suggest sending returns insured for the full value and with a tracking number to insure a full and prompt refund.
If merchandise is damaged due to improper packing or packaging, refund or exchange will be at The Alpine Centre’s discretion.
